The second "Slam" of the year in pro pickleball is upon us.
The Atlanta Pickleball Championships is annually one of the biggest events on the PPA Tour calendar, and the action started Monday with pro qualifying.
Main-draw matches will begin Tuesday, with one round in every division to be played each day through Championship Sunday. As a "Slam," this week's tournament is worth 2,000 ranking points for the winners in each division.
That's important to keep in mind this week because it is the last event before the PPA Tour's season-ending Finals next month in San Clemente, California.
Below you will find an updated look at where things stand in each division, and who is on the bubble to make it to the Finals -- the Top 8 in singles and mixed doubles and the Top 16 in men's and women's doubles will get an invite. You can also find the draws for each division (which are stacked with all the best players) below.
But first, here is a look at the broadcast schedule for this week. All matches can be viewed on Pickleballtv or the Pickleballtv App, except for an exclusive window on CBS from 12:30-2:30 p.m. ET on Saturday.

Men's doubles

The Top 4 in this division are very well established. No. 1 Ben Johns/Gabe Tardio are clear favorites and haven't lost yet this year, while No. 2 Hayden Patriquin/Christian Alshon have consistently been the next-best team.
Looking at the bubble to make the Finals, Augie Ge (playing with Dekel Bar) and Pablo Tellez (playing with Jay Devilliers) could actually face each other in the Round of 16. The winner of that will have the best chance to catch Riley Newman (playing with Arman Bhatia) or Matt Wright (playing with Noe Khlif) for the final spot.
Connor Garnett (playing with Roscoe Bellamy) has an outside chance, but would need to have a great week and would need the players in front of him to lose early.
Women's doubles

Much like men's doubles, the top of this division has been dominated by one team this year: No. 1 Anna Leigh Waters/Anna Bright.
But the last team to beat that duo -- No. 5 Jackie Kawamoto/Jade Kawamoto (at last year's Cincinnati Showcase) -- is on their side of the draw this week. Those two teams could meet in the quarterfinals if seeding holds.
On the other side of the bracket, there's potentially a very interesting semifinal matchup looming between No. 2 Jorja Johnson/Tyra Black and No. 4 Parris Todd/Kate Fahey. The last time Todd/Fahey played together, they earned a silver at the Greater Zion Cup -- one of four silver medals for Todd this year. She's also coming off a gold medal with Rachel Rohrabacher at the Sacramento Open.
Another good week would secure Fahey's spot in the Finals, while Mari Humberg (playing with Liz Truluck), Ting Chieh Wei (playing with Allyce Jones) and Jessie Irvine (playing with Judit Castillo) are all looking for good weeks to make a last-minute jump up the points standings.
Alix Truong (playing with Chao Yi Wang), could potentially meet Humberg in the Round of 16. That match could decide who gets the last spot in the field for the Finals.
Mixed doubles

No. 1 Ben Johns/Anna Leigh Waters have only lost once this season -- to No. 3 Hayden Patriquin/Anna Bright -- but that was two months ago and they've looked extremely solid since then.
Patriquin/Bright have emerged as the biggest threat to the top seeds, despite still being the No. 3 seed on paper. They've faced No. 2 JW Johnson/Jorja Johnson twice this season, and won both matches fairly handily.
On the women's side, Parris Todd (playing with Andrei Daescu) looks likely to hold onto the last spot in the Finals. She's played with Daescu five times this season, and they've won bronze three of those tournaments -- that would be more than good enough to hold onto her spot.
On the men's side, Noe Khlif (playing with Jessie Irvine) and Eric Oncins (playing with Tina Pisnik) are in a close race for the 8th and final spot in the Finals field. They are on opposite sides of the bracket.
Men's singles

Chris Haworth is still the No. 1 seed by a slim margin, but Federico Staksrud is coming off of a win at the Sacramento Open. If they meet in the final, the No. 1 world ranking will be on the line.
The Top 8 in this division have a decent cushion for the Finals, but there are two potential important matchups this week. John Lucian Goins and Gabe Joseph could meet in the Round of 16, while Zane Ford and Jack Sock could also meet in the Round of 16 on the opposite side of the bracket.
Women's singles

Anna Leigh Waters is the heavy favorite as always and hasn't lost in nearly 2 years, while No. 2 Kate Fahey is also having a very strong 2026 -- she has a gold and four silver medals on the year.
Parris Todd is the first woman out of the Finals, but she's not in the field this week because she has mostly stopped playing singles. That opens the door for Liz Truluck and Genie Bouchard to potentially snag the last spot, but both players have a tough road this week. Truluck could face Kiora Kunimoto in the Round of 16, while Bouchard would match up with Chao Yi Wang in the Round of 16 if seeding holds.
