All merch items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or store credit. We do accept size exchanges within thirty (30) days of purchase. For hats and products that are one size fits all, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges should be sent to the following address: 440 E St. Elmo Road, Building C1, Austin, Texas, 78745, USA.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for size exchanges.

Items Returned to Sender
"Returned to sender" is a policy used by postal carriers when they are unable to deliver an item. If your order is returned to our warehouse due to reasons such as an incorrect address, insufficient postage, no forwarding address provided, or refusal by the recipient, we are unable to reship these packages.
We will process a full refund for the returned package if you do not contact support. If you wish to have the items reshipped, please contact our support team to arrange a replacement order for any items that are still in stock.
Post-Purchase Price Adjustments
The Kitchen Pickleball does not currently honor post-purchase price adjustments to existing orders.
