Our paddles are made with the same high level materials (T700 Raw Carbon, Premium Grip, Polypropylene Core) as your game paddle, just smaller hitting spot so you can work on hitting that sweet spot every time.

We’ve created the ERNE Sweet Stick in two sizes: 16mm and 14mm so you can train with the same thickness as your game paddle. Please note: the 14mm is always RED and the 16mm is always GREEN.
