World No. 1 women's pickleball player Anna Leigh Waters has been on quite a press tour over the past year.

Last summer she threw out the first pitch at a Chicago Cubs game, did several live interviews with major media outlets (like this one on ESPN's Sportscenter) and also has been our most popular guest on Pickleballers. And that was all before she made headlines as the first pickleball athlete to sign an equipment deal with Nike.

On Thursday she appeared on one of the most popular shows in all of sports -- ESPN's Pat McAfee show -- live from Super Bowl Radio Row. Waters came prepared with a couple paddles and hit some shots over a desk with McAfee, a former NFL punter and now host of his daily talk show.
