Our take on the FLiK F3
The FLiK F3 is constructed using a triple-layer foam core. The paddle uses three different types of foam – high density, mid density and low density – and those layers work together to produce a reliable response across the face.
The F3 produces high power on big swings like third-shot drives and overheads, but has a more plush feel on softer shots like dinks and drops than many other foam paddles. It comes in elongated, hybrid and widebody shapes.

How We Tested
Our paddle reviewers (all 5.0+ players) work with other high-level players in their area to test paddles on a variety of shots. This testing involves several hours of drills and games in an effort to determine how the paddle impacts performance in real-world scenarios.
We use the Life Time LT Pro 48 pickleball for our testing.
