Top pickleball pro Catherine Parenteau will lead a pickleball training program available in Apple's latest Fitness+ app update.
The “Strength, Endurance, and Agility for Pickleball” program is tailored to the sport and inspired by Parenteau’s personal training regime.
According to Apple, the series is designed to sharpen your on-court performance with a mix of strength training, HIIT, and dynamic agility drills.
Launching January 6, the program is part of Apple’s broader push to keep workouts relevant and engaging.
The pickleball-specific routines don’t just promise to help players dominate their local courts, they’re an invitation for newcomers to discover the sport.
Parenteau has a great on-camera presence and has provided The Kitchen with great instructional videos before, including:

- Dink placement strategy: All your options, analyzed
- Blocks vs. counters in pickleball: Scenarios for each
