Major League Pickleball’s Orlando Squeeze and the NBA G League’s Osceola Magic pulled off a first-of-its kind collab earlier this week.

Special edition Squeeze-themed jerseys were worn during a recent game by the Orlando Magic G League affiliate, which has several notable players on its roster currently, including 3-time Slam Dunk Contest Champion Mac McClung.

Even the Osceola Magic mascot — Swish — was sporting a Squeeze-themed uniform during the game.

The Squeeze takeover night was used to promote the upcoming MLP Orlando event, which is the season-opening event April 24-27 at the USTA National Campus.

An auction was held for 10 game-worn jerseys and full in-arena LED signage and jumbotron videos promoted MLP, the Orlando Squeeze and the MLP Orlando event throughout the game.

The Squeeze mascot — Lil Squeezy — also got in on the action, performing with Swish on court during halftime.

Prior to the game, Osceola Magic players, Swish and Lil Squeezy played pickleball together at the Magic training center using Squeeze-themed paddles.

But it wasn’t the first time playing for several players, who said they’d been getting into pickleball lately and playing in their free time.
