Pickleballtv, the only 24/7 network dedicated to pickleball, announced on Thursday that it has officially launched on YouTube TV.
The expansion brings professional pickleball to one of the most popular live TV streaming platforms in the U.S., further extending the sport's access and reach.
Here's a look at what's new as part of the expansion:
Now on YouTube TV: PBTV will be launched on YouTube TV’s broadest level of service and available to all YouTube TV subscribers.
Comprehensive coverage: Fans can seamlessly watch PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball (MLP) matches, international events (Melbourne, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Da Nang), collegiate and junior competitions, plus highlights, original programming and pickleball lifestyle content.
Special launch programming: The debut will be marked by a two-hour live special of Pickleballtv Live at 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday, featuring Steve Weissman, Jessie Irvine, Matt Manasse and Dave Fleming, along with special guests.
New original series: The network is also announcing Celebrity Pickleball, a fast-paced series (set to premiere later this season) hosted by Matt Manasse and featuring celebrity guests like Drew Brees, Katie Couric, Trae Young, and more.
Major events ahead: Pickleballtv will broadcast the Jenius Bank Pickleball World Championships (Oct. 31–Nov. 9) in Dallas. Last year’s edition saw more than 57,000 fans on-site enjoy the world’s largest pickleball festival on “Pickleball Boulevard” and the incredible play of the best athletes in the sport.
With pickleball participation up 311% over the past three years, PBTV remains the only dedicated network offering coverage and original content 24/7. With this expansion, Pickleballtv is now available to fans everywhere through the Pickleballtv app, Pickleballtv.com, free streaming platforms, and now as part of the YouTube TV lineup.
