The PPA Tour on Tuesday announced the creation of PPA Tour Europe, a new circuit that will feature 20 pro pickleball events across 9 European countries in 2026 and 2027.

The inaugural PPA Tour Europe season will have a total prize pool of €545,000 and culminate in the PPA Finals Europe in May 2027.

Tour stops will include locations in Spain, Slovenia, Portugal, Poland, the United Kingdom and Italy, with additional locations expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

The creation of the new tour creates a pathway for European pros to compete at the professional level and earn prize money/points without needing to travel overseas.

It’s the latest step the PPA Tour has taken to expand the game globally. Last month Pickleball Inc. — which owns the PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball — announced a partnership with the Pickleball World Cup that will allow PPA Tour pros to compete in the international event starting in 2027.

Over the past few years the organization has also formed PPA Asia, PPA Australia, PPA Canada, PPA Italy and PPA Spain. Currently, PPA Tour athletes in the Top 20 across disciplines (singles, doubles and mixed doubles) represent 18 different countries.
