In this video, one of our paddle reviewers -- Bobby Burns -- set out to answer a question every power player has asked: Which pickleball paddle actually hits the hardest?
Instead of guessing, he used a Pocket Radar Smart Coach radar gun. He tested 15 of the most talked-about power paddles and hit 5 serves with each, tracking both top speed and average serve speed to see which paddle truly delivers the most power.
No opinions. Just data.
How we did the test
▪️ 5 serves per paddle
▪️ Measured the top serve speed
▪️ Calculated the average serve speed
▪️ Same player, same conditions
